Accounts Manager

Jenson Fisher is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded accountancy practice with a strong presence across Scotland. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Manager to join their team in their Perth office.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs, partnerships, and limited companies


• Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and financial statements


• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships


• Providing business and tax advisory services


• Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team, supporting their development


• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements


• Liaising with internal teams across multiple office locations as required

Skills & Experience Required

• ICAS, ACCA, or ACA qualified (or equivalent)


• Proven experience within an accountancy practice environment


• Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance


• Excellent communication and client management skills


• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure


• Experience in team supervision or management is highly desirable
