The Jenson Fisher mandate to you as a candidate is;

  • Each application and / or CV submission will receive a response.
  • As part of your registration you will discuss 1-2-1 your exact requirements ensuring that any work undertaken on your behalf is within the appropriate channels.
  • Before your CV is submitted to any opportunity you will have been fully briefed on the role, location, prospects, employer and remuneration.
  • Before attending an interview you will receive a full brief containing job description, employer information, interviewer details and a timetable to coordinate feedback.
  • Feedback will be provided when you have been unsuccessful in as honest and constructive a manner as possible.
  • Upon receipt of a job offer we will work with you covering all angles to ensure that the offer is correct, helping in any way possible. Additional support will be available to assist with resignations if required.
  • A full, comprehensive aftercare service will be given to you upon starting a new role including an additional 1-2-1 with your consultant and regular contact to ensure you are settling in well.
