The Role
Reporting into the Office Manager, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments, helping to ensure the efficient operation of the business. You will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks, supporting colleagues, maintaining accurate records and delivering a high standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional organisational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider business
- Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems
- Preparing reports, letters and business documentation
- Scheduling meetings, coordinating diaries and arranging travel where required
- Updating internal databases and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
- Assisting with document preparation, data entry and general office administration
- Ordering office supplies and liaising with external suppliers
- Supporting internal departments with ad hoc administrative projects
- Ensuring confidential information is handled with professionalism and discretion
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures
About You
- Previous experience within an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator or Business Support role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- A positive, proactive approach with a willingness to support colleagues across the business
- Professional, personable and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
