Jenson Fisher are delighted to be partnering with a well-established business based in Perth to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent, full time basis. This is a key role within the company, responsible for leading the finance function and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
- Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
- Managing and developing the finance team
- Cashflow management and financial planning
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Skills & Experience:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ICAS)
- Proven experience in a managerial finance role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
