Bookkeeper

Jenson Fisher are recruiting a Bookkeeper to join a friendly accountancy firm in Dundee on a permanent basis. Perfect for someone organised, proactive, and ready to take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle invoices, receipts, payments, and reconciliations


• Maintain accurate bank, supplier, and customer records


• Assist with VAT, payroll, and month-end processes


• Support Senior Accountants with reporting and ad-hoc tasks


• Help streamline and improve financial processes

About You:

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounts administration


• Proficient with Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar software


• Strong numeracy and attention to detail


• Organised, proactive, and independent


• Excellent communicator and team player
