- Jenson Fisher are delighted to have been instructed by our established client in Dundee to recruit a Payroll Assistant on a permanent, full time basis as a result of business growth.
Due to an increase in workforce, our client are looking to hire a confident and experienced Payroll Assistant to join their finance team. With previous experience covering the full payroll process, you will be tasked with running the payroll form start to finish, resolving any payroll related queries along the way.
Reporting into the Company Accountant, on a day-to-day basis your responsibilities will include;
• Preparation of monthly payroll (over 150 staff) and weekly payroll (circa 50 per week).
• All payroll information gathering and legislative reporting.
• Collating payroll information for pension purposes.
• Processing payments within required timescales.
• Processing payroll data including new start details, right to work, leaver documentation and p45s.
• Processing expense payments on a weekly basis.
• Tracking and managing the holiday and sickness absence records.
To be considered for this position you must have excellent experience within a Payroll capacity and the ability to handle a busy workload, prioritising your own work to ensure that deadlines are achieved.
