Payroll Assistant

Jenson Fisher are recruiting a Payroll Assistant to join a busy and friendly accountancy firm in Dundee on a permanent basis. Ideal for someone detail-focused and keen to develop payroll expertise.

What You’ll Do:

• Process payroll accurately and on time for multiple clients


• Maintain payroll records and employee data


• Assist with HMRC submissions and statutory compliance


• Respond to payroll queries from clients and staff


• Support Senior Payroll team with month-end and year-end tasks

About You:

• Experience in payroll or finance administration


• Knowledge of payroll software (Sage, IRIS, or similar)


• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy


• Organised, proactive, and deadline-focused


• Good communicator and team player
