- Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with a recognisable, dynamic and commercial business based in Dundee to recruit a Finance Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting into the Finance Manager, the role of the Finance Administrator is to support with daily transactional deadlines whilst ensuring that periodic accounts queries are resolved in a timeous, professional manner. You will be a strong communicator and be confident liaising with both internal and external customers, contacts and colleagues.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:- Processing financial information onto ERP software.
- Creating direct debits for new and existing customer accounts.
- Producing financial forecasts to support with the budgeting and planning process.
- Manage the deposit collection process, working closely with the sales team on same.
- Credit control via telephone and letter.
- Passing aged debt to collection firm and updating the business on progress.
- Resolving finance matters as they arise and supporting across the wider finance department.
