The Role
Reporting directly to the senior management team, the successful candidate will take ownership of the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts, alongside providing meaningful financial insight across the wider business.Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis
Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process
Business partnering with operational teams to drive performance and control costs
Providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Assisting with year-end reporting and audit processes
Identifying and implementing process improvements within finance
Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
The Candidate
Fully qualified or part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS or equivalent)
Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar role
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proactive and solutions-focused approach
Strong Excel skills; experience with finance systems is advantageous
