- Description
- Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a growing organisation based in North Lanarkshire, to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team in a busy and varied role with progression opportunities for the right candidate.
The main duties:- Process invoices against purchase orders
- Process any expenses/overnight allowances etc
- Process payments through bank and Sage
- Process any credit card payments for jobs
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Petty cash processing & reconciliation
- Assisting with recording of engineer time for payroll purposes
- Updating purchase orders from supplier acknowledgements
- Assisting with sales ledger invoicing and credit control
- Previous purchase ledger experience is essential
- Experience of Sage would be preferred
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team Player
