- Jenson Fisher are delighted to be recruiting a full-time permanent Part Qualified Accountant based in North Lanarkshire. The main duties:- Preparation of financial accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
- Posting records and / or trial balance to IRIS accounts package
- Checking and reconciling bank accounts, debtors / creditors control accounts and VAT accounts
- VAT return preparation and submission.
- Assisting with the preparation of management accounts for limited companies and unincorporated businesses
- Performance of audit work including detailed substantive testing and analytical review – Small part of the role
- Filing of confirmation Statements to Companies House
- Preparation and calculation of tax returns for both individuals and companies
- Bookkeeping work required in the preparation of accounts and to assist clients from time to time
- Previous Accounts experience within an Accountancy Practice would be preferred
- Be able to assist with preparing management accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Xero, sage & Iris would be preferred
