We are recruiting for a a leading Employee Benefit Advisory organisation, they require an additional consultant to augment its current vibrant team.
The main focus of the role is providing advice to a portfolio of DB clients and supporting senior consultants on the larger schemes. It is a client facing role but also one of support to senior colleagues, preparing relevant notes/literature and providing technical support.
With your own clients you would be client manager and have the support of junior consultants. The position sits in this specialist arm for the organisation that covers all areas of service- TPA, Consulting, Actuarial etc. where this role is focusing on the all round good governance of the scheme ,providing on going consultancy and a great deal of project work, based on liability reduction with trustees and employers.
This position would suit a strong team player with a background in DB consulting with room to develop their further into a more senior position. Strong technical and client facing experience. Apmi qualified is preferred.
