Description
Jenson Fisher are currently recruiting a Property Manager for an Edinburgh City Centre based firm to manage a diverse portfolio of properties.  

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring that developments are always running smoothly 
- Instructing relevant health & safety checks 
- Ensuring appropriate contracts are in place 
- Monitoring on-site service delivery 
- Managing an allocated portfolio of buildings, providing efficient and accurate administrative and day to day project management. 

Applicants should ideally have:

- Experience working as a Property Manager or an Estates Manager
- Knowledge of the The Property Factors (Scotland) act 2011
- Knowledge of the code of contact for Property Factors 2012
- Working knowledge of all relevant legislation and guidelines 

The starting salary for this role is around £28 000 per annum.  
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm with some hybrid working.
