Jenson Fisher are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded property lettings company based in St Andrews to recruit a Part-Time Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a small, friendly team in a varied administrative role within the property sector.
Working closely with the property management team, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the lettings portfolio and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to the property management team
- Handling incoming calls and email enquiries from tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Maintaining and updating property and tenancy records
- Assisting with tenancy documentation and compliance paperwork
- Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
- Preparing marketing materials and property listings where required
- Supporting the team with general office administration tasks
About You
- Previous administrative experience within a busy office environment
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with property management systems
- Experience within property, lettings, or estate agency would be advantageous but is not essential
