Salary: To £28,000
Location: Harlow, Essex
Hours: Full-time | 8am - 5pm | Monday–Friday

Our client is a premium food manufacturer, founded in 1971, that is passionate for about the quality of its produce and proud of is status of crafting the tasting food in Britain, which you’ll find in leading supermarkets.
Now part of one the largest food companies in Europe, they are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator, reporting to the Office Manager/Finance team, to join their busy office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact — answering phones and welcoming visitors.
- Monitoring and managing emails professionally and efficiently.
- Handling petty cash and small staff expenses.
- Scanning, labelling, and filing invoices accurately.
- Processing Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) using SAP Business One.
- Recording and reconciling Dolav and pallet movements on spreadsheets.
- Printing invoices.
- Matching delivery notes to invoices.
- General filing and administrative support.
- Booking transport and depot slots as required.
- Ordering stationery/PPE and online supplies for staff as needed.
- Providing cover for other office duties when required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role is essential.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Competence in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience using SAP Business One (advantageous but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
