- Description
 - Jenson Fisher have been engaged on an exclusive basis by a growing organisation based in Paisley who are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. This role will suit a candidate who has previous Sage 50 experience and training can be provided in the job role.
The main duties:- Raise purchase orders in Sage
 - Place orders with suppliers and manage delivery expectations
 - Reconcile invoices to purchase orders & manage queries / part deliveries
 - Process invoices through Sage accounts
 - Reconcile month end statements, request copy invoices
 - Identify month end open POs for accruals
 - Manage Filing of invoices & statements
 - Managing site stock orders
 - Compile and maintain ad hoc analysis reports as required by directors / financial controller
 
- Sage experience is essential
 - Excellent communication skills
 - Ability to work with colleagues across the organisation
 - High levels of attention to detail
 - Computer literate with good Microsoft office & Excel spreadsheet skills
