Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis, to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator on a permanent full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a dynamic team and progress their career. We are looking for someone who would be comfortable working from home initially, then alternating between home and office as restrictions lift.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for carrying out all cashiering procedures
- Accurate allocation of all cash received
- Manage a high-volume of cases, to be reconciled
- Liaise with deartments and clients to resolve any queries relating to cash management
- Reconciliation of receipts and payments daily
- Process, cash and issue cheques
- Maintaining communications with key external stakeholders
Skills required:
- Accounts administration or sales ledger experience is essential
- Experience of working in a high-volume environment
- Highly proficient Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
- Strong team player
- High levels of attention to detail
