Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with our innovative and commercial client based in Lanarkshire to recruit a Finance Administrator on a permanent, full time basis! Reporting into the Company Accountant, the Finance Administrator will be a key member of the finance function and be able to demonstrate a strong ability to work well as part of the team alongside the ability to work using their own initiative. As well as demonstrating a strong knowledge of Excel, the successful candidate will have previous experience using financial software (eg Sage) and possess the ability to work well to existing processes and procedures.
On a day to day basis your responsibilties will include:- Purchase ledger processing including reconciling supplier statements.
- Sales ledger including issuing statements.
- Bank reconciliations for multiple companies within the Group.
- Preparation of VAT returns.
- Producing reports using Excel.
- General accounts administration.
