- Jenson Fisher are delighted to be recruiting a full-time permanent Accounts Senior based in South Lanarkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an Accountant to join a friendly Firm with an outstanding reputation. This role offers excellent career progression and the chance to work for a leading Practice in a varied and interesting role with a great team.
The main duties:- The role involves managing a varied portfolio of clients
- Being responsible for all aspects of client service including year-end accounts, management accounts
- VAT Returns,
- Corporation and personal tax
- Supervise work of other staff members
- Responsible for training and developing staff members
- Working closely with the management team to organise and plan the workflow and other day to day operations
- Previous Accounts experience within an Accountancy Practice is essential
- Great tax knowledge
- Knowledge of software systems ideally Digita and cloud based systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Xero, sage & Iris would be preferred
- Good team player
