- Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a rapidly expanding organisation based in South Lanarkshire to recruit a Management Accountant on a full-time permanent basis. This role would suit a Part Qualified (ACCA/CIMA) candidate looking to take the next step into a Management Accountant role and join a high-performing team. Key responsibilities:- Preparation of monthly management accounts in a timely manner to meet monthly reporting timetable deadlines.
- Liaising with key stakeholders to support Commercial decisions and provide additional support to the wider business.
- Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation and posting of prepayments, accruals and other monthly journals
- Verification of CIS suppliers and monthly submissions
- Monthly VAT returns
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Adhere to Group Policies and Processes within the department with an eye for process improvement
- Part Qualified/Qualified CIMA or ACCA accountant
- Management accounts experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong excel skills.
