Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working, on an exclusive basis with an established Property client based in Glasgow to recruit an Assistant Accountant on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to take the next step in their career, and oversee a small transactional finance team.
Main duties:
- Sales ledger duties
- Credit control
- Cash allocation
- Invoice query resolution
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with purchase ledger
- Assisting with production of monthly management accounts
- Reconciling balances
- Overseeing and assisting the finance team members
Main requirements:
- Strong accounts experience within Property is essential
- First class communication skills and an ability to improve processes
- Strong technical skills, in particular Excel
- Ability to be a confident self-starter
- Highly organised
