Description

The Role

This role will be an integral part of the business as it doesn’t matter how much business you put in the top of the pipeline if it gets stuck halfway down. This role will be responsible for ensuring that forms are returned from clients, providers and lenders deliver on their timescales, updating clients in a timely manner and many other things besides. This role will be responsible for the case management for both the mortgage team and the wealth team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently. This person must be exceedingly well organised, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.


Key Responsibilities

Mortgage Cases:
  • Calling lenders – post application
  • Dealing with lender requirements – post app
  • Keeping in regular contact with solicitor from offer to completion
  • Updating the database – ensuring system is kept up to date on all cases
  • Client updates
  • Sending broker fee invoices
  • Broker fee chasing
  • Chasing protection applications

Wealth Cases:
  • LOA chasing
  • Calling providers for updates, timescales, form completeness etc
  • Calling doctors surgeries
  • Chasing clients for forms, address changes, bank statements, lump sums etc
  • Weekly client updates
  • Updating the database with notes & tasks
  • Pipeline management
  • Training administrators on case management
  • Communicating pipelines to advisers
  • Direct fee chasers

Knowledge and Experience

It is necessary for the incumbent to have:
  • Experience in either Wealth or Mortgage Administration
  • Knowledge of office administration
  • The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
  • A Level Qualifications or equivalent
