- Jenson Fisher have been engaged by our long standing, well established and dynamic client who are at the cutting edge of their industry to recruit a Payroll & HR Co-ordinator on a permanent, part time basis. Contracted to 24 hours per week, ideally over 3 days, you will provide a first class link for all stakeholders, including Team Members, Managers and the Board, taking full responsibility for the successful co-ordination of the payroll process whilst ensuring that all HR processes are up to date, alongside the General Manager.
To be successful in this role you will have experience of the following key areas:- 360° experience of running a busy, high-volume payroll across differing timescales.
- Payroll administration including the calculation of amendments (SSP, SPP, SMP etc) alongside relevant pensions administration.
- Periodical bonus and salary reviews.
- Practical HR working experience of the pre-employment process, including from conception through to completion.
- Handling employee on boarding through to probationary reviews.
- Resolving HR queries that could arise on a periodic basis ranging from disciplinary to grievances.
