Description
Jenson Fisher are working with another of our returning clients and are supporting in the recruitment of a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their tight knit team. The role is based in Angus and offers the successful candidate an exciting opportunity as well as a strong package too. 

Due to the nature of the business and their clientele, the ideal candidate but fully embrace the passion involved with the business, and be able to uphold the highest standard when communicating with customers and suppliers alike. The role includes working as part of a large team, and daily duties include:

  • Diary management of multiple Managers. 
  • Schedule, arrange agenda and minute take at team meetings. 
  • Monitor relevant shared inboxes as required.
  • Supporting a large team with all administrative duties. 
  • Displaying a high attention to detail and strong IT skills. 
  • Handling all enquiries regarding supplier statements/invoices. 
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding any required goods orders. 
  • Input application records onto server to tie in with bespoke system.
  • Update internal database on regular basis, ensuring to keep note of date of interest etc.
  • Organise and send High Level Stock Take figures and work closely with finance department. 
  • Gaining approval, scanning and posting invoices
  • PO support – inputting requisitions and inputting authorised PO's and invoices to Sage.
  • Supplier payments for multiple parts of the organisation. 
  • Scanning, payment and invoicing of company Vouchers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills including ability to manage time and prioritise effectively and will also have be a confident user of all Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
