- Description
- Jenson Fisher have been engaged on an exclusive basis by a highly reputable organisation based in Glasgow City Centre who are looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This role will suit a candidate who is used to supporting a credit control team.
- Assisting a team of credit controllers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Dealing with calls from customers
- Maintaining the shared finance email inbox
- Resolving, updating and maintaining all company credit control processes
- Reviewing client account balances and setting up payment plans
- Processing and implementing client Direct Debits
Key skills should include:- Previous sales ledger or credit control experience is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A confident manner, with the ability to keep calm under pressure
- Ability to use initiative and prioritise workload
- Strong organisational skills
- Good IT skills
