Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with an established public sector client based in Glasgow to recruit an enthusiastic and highly experienced Finance Manager on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate should hold a relevant professional accounting qualification and have a proven track record in statutory reporting and financial regulations, business planning and strong leadership skills.
Main duties:
- Management of a small transactional finance team.
- Responsible for preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Completion of the Statutory Annual Financial Statements.
- Overall management of sales and purchase ledger.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and other Statutory bodies.
- Assist the Director with preparation and monitoring of annual the budget.
- Assist with the financial forecasting and cash flows.
Main requirements:
- ACCA, CIMA, ICAS Qualification is essential.
- Previous Finance Manager experience is essential.
- First class communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Flexible approach to work.
