- Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with a firmly established commercial based in the Dundee area to recruit a Management Accountant on a permanent, full time basis as a result of sustained, significant business growth.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant will be either Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/CA) or Part Qualified at the latter stages of their studies. The successful candidate will occupy this prominent, highly visible position within the finance department and you will be tasked with driving forward process improvements whilst also ensuring that reporting deadlines are achieved in an accurate and timely manner.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:- Preparation of monthly management accounts alongside the production of the management information pack.
- Month end reporting including analysis of financial information alongside budgets and forecasts.
- Support with all financial controls across this multi-functional business ensuring financial compliance at all times.
- Attend and input heavily during the monthly forecasting meetings.
- Review accruals and prepayments.
- Support the financial leaders with periodic reporting alongside year end reporting and audit.
- Operational and commercial input into various CAPEX projects.
