Description
Jenson Fisher, have been engaged, by a highly reputable and growing organisation based in North Lanarkshire to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. This role would suit an experienced Payroll candidate who wants to be part of a small friendly team and work autonomously to progress their career. My client offers hybrid working, as well as an attractive bonus and benefits package.

The main duties:
  • Processing high-volume payroll for a variety of different clients and pay frequencies
  • Communicating with a wide range of clients
  • Checking and ensuring all payroll information is accurate
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Liaising with HMRC
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Processing SSP, SMP, SPP
  • Generating payroll reports
The main requirements:
  • Full end to end payroll experience is required
  • A proactive, self-starter
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge of Sage is preferred
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills
