Jenson Fisher are thrilled to be seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our client's team in Dundee. As the Bookkeeper for this entrepreneurial SME, you be responsible for managing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and contributing to the overall financial health of the business.
Your daily tasks will include:- Record and categorize financial transactions accurately into Xero (no experience required as training will be provided).
- Daily bank reconciliations.
- Purchase ledger and sales ledger.
- Preparation of financial reports for the directors, including income statements.
- Preparation of VAT returns.
- Collation of time and attendance for payroll.
- Production of monthly trial balances.
