Jenson Fisher Office Support have a requirement for an immediately available Receptionist to join our established client based in the heart of Dundee on an initial temporary basis.  This is a temporary assignment to cover a seasonal peak within the business and will suit someone who can handle a busy workload within a fast-paced, commercial environment

In this ongoing assignment, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the business and will naturally be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to;

  • Handling busy switchboard
  • Answering all incoming calls and directing accordingly
  • Greeting clients on arrival and managing signing in/out
  • Responding to requests in person, over the phone and electronically
  • Taking messages when necessary
  • Providing excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record delivering the above. In addition, you will be able to pick things up quickly – a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook is a must.
