Jenson Fisher are currently looking to support with the recruitment of an experienced Senior Customer Service Administrator/Team Leader. Our client is locally based in the Dundee area and are adding this new role into their existing team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Customer Service and will have experience of supervising and leading their team. The day to day role will involve:
You will have strong communication skills and will be highly customer focussed. You will also have extensive experience working with a variety of designated accounts and will have a proven ability to work under pressure.
