Jenson Fisher are currently looking to support with the recruitment of an experienced Senior Customer Service Administrator/Team Leader. Our client is locally based in the Dundee area and are adding this new role into their existing team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Customer Service and will have experience of supervising and leading their team. The day to day role will involve:

  • Supervising a small team of Customer Service/Technical Administrators.
  • Ensuring all customers queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
  • Being responsible for ensuring the team meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Ensuring all SLA's are adhered to.
  • Processing all orders and liaising with field based engineers to fulfil orders.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members and ensuring they are working to their full potential.
  • Supporting the Team Manager with all additional duties.

You will have strong communication skills and will be highly customer focussed. You will also have extensive experience working with a variety of designated accounts and will have a proven ability to work under pressure.
