Jenson Fisher are working another returning client in the Perthshire area to support with the recruitment of an experienced Sales Administrator. This person will join their established Purchasing team on a full time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have a proven background within a busy sales focussed environment and will also have knowledge of shipping procedures. You will be a confident communicator and will ideally also have a background within customer service. Attention to detail is a must and having confidence dealing with complex delivery schedules is also key.

Daily duties include:

  • Processing all orders coming into the business with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Providing technical quotes for customers on a variety of products.
  • Using bespoke in house system, create orders for manufacturing.
  • Keep customers up to date with shipping and deliver time-scales.
  • Organising all delivery logistics including overseas orders.
  • Creating order receipts for customers.
  • Answering any and all queries throughout the process.

The role is with a well known company in the Perthshire area and it offers great growth and learning potential. Access to your own transport would be ideal and beneficial.
