Jenson Fisher are currently working with our Dundee based client to recruit and experienced Sales Administrator to join their existing and successful team.

The successful candidate will join a small and tight knit team, and will be responsible for day to day duties including:

  • Accurate data input of incoming orders from customers.
  • Inputting orders into bespoke in house database.
  • Creating subsequent order invoices.
  • Managing inbound customer service queries and updates both on the phone and over email.
  • Daily use of Excel and Outlook.
  • Supporting the larger team with administrative duties including filing, scanning and photocopying.

Although the list of duties above cover the regular duties, due to the nature of the work and the team, you will also be required to support others in the team with their duties on occasion too. Full training of all team duties will be provided.
