Jenson Fisher are working with our exciting new client based in Perthshire and are supporting with the recruitment of an experienced Property Administrator, who will become an integral part of their growing team. The role specialises within the property leasing division of the business and the the ideal candidate will have a proven track record within this field.

You will be part of a tight knit team and will be responsible for supporting the wider team when needed. The successful candidate will be coming onto a busy desk, and will be expected to hit the ground running from day 1.

  • Assisting with answering phones, filing, copying, printing, scanning, collating of documents, post and general office administration duties.
  • Act as first point of contact for potential customers.
  • Liaising with both tenants and landlords on a daily basis.
  • Managing all pre-tenancy admin including referencing, tenancy agreements, tenant registration, property details etc.

The ideal candidate Property Administrator will have experience working within a Estate Agency or Lettings environment. You will be computer literate and be able to deal with people at all levels. You will be an excellent communicator both in person, writing and over the phone.
