Jenson Fisher have been engaged by an established client based in Glasgow who are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. This role will suit an experienced Payroll professional who is used to processing multiple client payrolls.

The main duties:

  • Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly multiple client payrolls
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Processing SSP, SMP, SPP
  • Auto-enrolment
  • RTI submission
  • Tax year end process

The main requirements:

  • End to end Payroll experience is essential
  • Practice/Bureau experience preferred
  • Sage Payroll experience preferred
  • Strong IT skills, in particular Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Be able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
