Description

Jenson Fisher, have been engaged by an established organisation based in Stirling to recruit an enthusiastic Part-time Finance Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract for 10 months. The part-time hours will be between 16 and 22 hours depending on the candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small friendly team.

The main duties:

  • Reconciliation of company multi-currency Expenses Card Scheme to ensure that all expenses are recorded accurately
  • Credit control duties to reduce aged debt
  • Review and coding of purchase invoices and Employee Personal Expenses Claims
  • Management of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Procurement of Office supplies for 2 office locations
  • Checking and verifying spreadsheets and documents for accuracy
  • Collating of financial information for our overseas subsidiary companies
  • Any other ad-hoc finance/administrative duties as required

The main requirements:

  • Previous finance experience
  • Strong MS office skills ( Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good numerical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A professional and mature approach to work
