Jenson Fisher are working with our client in Angus to recruit an Office Assistant to join their established team on a temporary basis with an immediate start.

The Office Assistant Role encompasses a variety of duties and responsibilities including:

  • Answering calls and taking messages.
  • Booking customer appointments.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Liasing with Management.
  • Filing important documents.
  • Offering excellent customer service throughout the process.
  • Working alongside a great team.

The ideal candidate will have strong admin skills and good customer service skills. They will also have excellent communication and a strong resilient, personality.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate, coupled with a warm and friendly office environment. This role would be perfect for someone who wants to kick start their career in an office environment.
