Description

Jenson Fisher are currently working with our client based in the Dundee area, to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Administrator for a full time, permanent role.

The company have recently went through some exciting changes and are looking to ensure they bring the right people into their growing team. They work across multiple sectors and are looking for someone with experience of supporting a busy sales team with an emphasis on customer service.

The key duties of the role are:

  • Ensure good relations with customers both new and existing.
  • Providing accurate pricing and up selling where possible.
  • Managing all incoming queries, ensuring customers are offered the correct products for their needs.
  • Responsible for all outgoing marketing for existing customers, ensuring repeat business.
  • Ensure efficient end to end processing for all new orders or queries coming into the business.
  • Ensure all customers have queries dealt with specified time frames in accordance to SLA's.
  • Support various departments ensuring seamless process for customers at all times.
  • 100% accurate data entry - using bespoke system.
  • All other admin support duties as required.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a customer orientated environment and will also have experience of working in a sales driven environment. This role would suit someone who is not afraid of a challenge and who is confident in their abilities.
