Are you an ambitious Finance Administrator with a background working in a supporting role within either a finance department or a busy team? If on!

Jenson Fisher are recruiting a Finance Administrator on an exclusive basis for an extremely reputable and long established commercial company based in Dundee. This is an excellent opportunity for a Finance Administrator to both utilise and develop their skills within a fast-paced environment. As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include;

  • Distributing invoices to relevant managers.
  • Scanning and emailing information to both internal and external contacts.
  • Processing credits and posting out cheques.
  • Providing cover for both the Purchase Ledger Clerk and the Accounts Assistant during holidays etc.
  • Provide administrative support to both the Finance Director and the Financial Controller.
  • Ordering stationary and other office equipment as and when required.
  • Handling both incoming and outgoing correspondence.

The successful candidate will meet the criteria outlined above and essentially have experience working within a similar role and you will ideally be available at short notice for interview and start.
