Customer Service/Telesales Executive

Jenson Fisher are working with a growing business in the Perthshire area, and are supporting in the recruitment of an experienced Customer Service/Telesales Executive.

The company are exciting and dynamic and are currently going from strength to strength within their industry. They pride themselves on being able to provide a truly unique service to their customers and are ideally looking for customer focussed sales professionals to join their growing team.

Daily duties in the role will include:

• Managing incoming enquiries, ensuring every sales opportunity is maximised.
• Working towards sales targets and ensuring high levels of customer service, at all times.
• Generating leads through market research.
• Cold calling based on market research and warm sales leads.
• Ensuring compliance and adherence to legislation.
• Updating all information on internal database with 100% accuracy.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced telesales environment and will have a proven track record in this type of role. You must also have an excellent and professional telephone manner.

The role offers a full time permanent contract, based locally in Perth. The successful candidate will also receive continuous training and development, alongside a competitive basic salary, bonus structure and additional benefits such as a Perkbox subscription etc..
