Jenson Fisher are working with our returning client to support with the recruitment of a Contracts Administrator into their growing team. This is a full time, permanent position based in the Dundee area.

The role is within in an exciting business and it offers excellent career development for the successful candidate. The day to day duties of the role includes:

  • Being customer focused and results orientated.
  • Organising maintenance contract renewals.
  • Providing quotations for clients.
  • Ensuring the internal database is accurately updated with all incoming information.
  • Adhering to all client request in accordance with SLA's.
  • Managing all client invoicing.
  • Dealing with general telephone enquiries.
  • Generate prospective leads for sales manager.
  • Filing and other general administration duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy sales driven environment and will have experience supporting client contracts. They will have a strong administrative background and be confident in picking up new IT systems too.

The role is full time and is Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm. It offers a competitive basic salary, great benefits package and an immediate start for the right candidate.
