Jenson Fisher are working with our returning client to support in the recruitment of an experienced Client Support Coordinator, to join their growing team in a permanent position.

The company are a growing organisation that are currently going through some exciting changes. The role offers full training and flexibility for the right person.

Daily duties in the role will include:

  • Managing all incoming client calls and emails, ensuring they are each logged correctly and efficiently.
  • Gaining all necessary information from each call, ensuring clients receive a resolution as quickly as possible.
  • Diary management and coordination of field based engineers, ensuring again efficiency of travel etc..
  • Ensuring all Service Level Agreements are adhered to, supporting other departments if needed,.
  • Completion of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • All other administration tasks required to support the wider team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer focussed role and will be comfortable dealing with a high volume of incoming calls. They will also have a strong administrative background and posses excellent communication skills too. The ability to prioritise and to multi-task will also be important within this role.

The role is ideally 5 days from 7 with weekend work required. There is flexibility for the right candidate, offering part time hours if required. The role offers a competitive basic salary with flexible benefits and a great holiday package too.
