Jenson Fisher are working with our returning client in the Angus region to support with the recruitment of an experienced Business Process Manager. This is a newly created role within the company and will be focussed on the business wide implementation of a new ERP system.

The role will involve being a member of the senior management team, with one direct report. The successful candidate will have a strong background in continuous improvement of company processes and will have undertake the following duties:

  • Achieving efficiencies, reducing overheads, and increasing productivity throughout the business.
  • Develop, test and document new work-flows to enhance use of new ERP system.
  • Provide training and support to ERP users for current and new work-flows being implemented.
  • To eliminate, diagnose and report software problems as they arise.
  • Develop and manage IT query management system.

Additional skills and systems experience required would include:

  • Experience of reporting systems.
  • SQL skills.
  • Crystal report design experience.
  • Technically minded.
  • Strong communication skills.
