Jenson Fisher are working with our client in Dundee to recruit an experienced Branch Coordinator to join their established team on an ongoing contract basis.

The company are an established business who support over 30,000 clients each year and who operate over a network of offices in the UK.

The Branch Coordinator role encompasses a variety of duties and responsibilities including:

  • Covering all reception duties and welcoming customers into the branch.
  • Booking customer appointments, explaining the service and answering all customer queries.
  • Managing a warm customer database of enquiries to book appointments for a health checks.
  • Up selling and cross-selling products by giving product information.
  • Offering excellent customer service throughout the process.
  • Ensuring all sales opportunities are maximised.
  • Ensuring records are accurate and adherence to data protection and GDPR.
  • Covering other branches in the area as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background as well as experience in diary management and bookings. They will also have excellent communication and a strong resilient, personality.

The role offers a competitive basic salary, coupled with a warm and friendly office environment. The role is full time, Monday to Friday and offers a strong training and development program.
