Jenson Fisher are working with our client in Dundee to recruit experienced administrators to join their established team on a temporary ongoing basis.

The company are a well know business in their field who operate all over Scotland and due to sustained growth are looking for two additional team members to assist during this exciting time.

The Administrator role encompasses a variety of duties and responsibilities including:

  • Covering all reception duties and welcoming customers into the branch.
  • Booking customer appointments, explaining the service and answering all customer queries.
  • Managing a warm customer database of enquiries.
  • Offering excellent customer service throughout the process.
  • Ensuring all sales opportunities are maximised.
  • Ensuring records are accurate and adherence to data protection and GDPR.
  • Working alongside a great team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Admin skills and good customer service skills.

The role offers a competitive basic salary, coupled with a warm and friendly office environment. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, on a temporary basis.
