Jenson Fisher are working with our client based in Angus to support with the recruitment of an experienced full time Administrator to support their busy and growing department.

The company are well known in their industry and are keen to find someone who has strong experience working with clients both over the phone and email, and who has excellent attention to detail. The main duties of the role include:

  • Supporting and managing existing client relationships, delivering excellent customer service and product solutions.
  • High volumes of travel and accommodation booking, emphasis on the attention to detail.
  • Being able to be reactive, prioritise workloads and ensure all clients have the best and most efficient service.
  • Accurately record all client bookings and products purchased using an bespoke internal system, again accuracy is key.
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of all products and services offered.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment, and will have excellent organisational skills. The day to day can be extremely diverse and having the ability to react and ensure all last minute work is dealt with, is extremely important.
