Description

Jenson Fisher are working with our client based in Perth to support in the recruitment of an experienced Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

The company is a well known business and are looking for someone who has a strong background working in a busy and professional office environment and will have strong administrative skills. The successful applicant will have daily interactions with customers both face to face and over the phone, so will have a strong focus on customer service.

Daily duties of the role include;

  • Managing all incoming calls to the business, being the first point of contact for all customers.
  • Meeting and greeting customers coming into the office, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Accurate data input, ensuring all confidential information is added to the in house system.
  • Providing wider administrative support to the office, assisting with customer documentation and filing.
  • Occasionally going off site to support customers and provide first hand assistance when showcasing the product.

The ideal candidate will be confident in their abilities and will also be willing to learn. They must have a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and Excel. A large amount of the daily work is carried out on an in house bespoke system, full training on this will be provided.

Working hours are full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The role also offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
