Jenson Fisher are working with our returning client based locally in Fife, to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their growing team on a temporary basis initially.

The company are currently going through a very busy period and are looking to add an extra resource into their team, with the view of adding a permanent team member in the near future.

The role offers a dynamic and reactive environment and will allow the successful candidate to continue to develop their existing skill set.

Daily duties of the role will include:

  • Answering all incoming calls into the office, taking messages and handling any queries where possible.
  • Greeting guests into the business.
  • Supporting the Office Manager with administrative support.
  • Daily data entry with focus on 100% accuracy.
  • Dealing with fees and posting client invoices where necessary.

The role is based in a lovely office setting and offers a competitive hourly rate. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
