Description

Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a well established organisation based in North Lanarkshire to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator on a full-time basis for a six month contract, which could be extended. This role will require an immediate start.

The main duties:

  • Match all invoices received against approved purchase orders
  • Handle enquiries from suppliers
  • Ensure approved invoices are settled in a timely manner
  • Closely monitor payment runs
  • Monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts
  • Reconcile purchase ledger at month end ensuring accuracy
  • Administer all employee expenses
  • Provide support to the wider Finance team where required.

The main requirements:

  • Previous accounts payable experience is essential
  • Strong Excel skills are required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised with high levels of attention to detail
