Jenson Fisher is currently recruiting, on an exclusive basis, for an Accounts Assistant to join a specialist Manufacturing business, based in Angus on a permanent basis.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join growing SME that is experiencing a period of continued growth.

Reporting into the Management Accountant, the successful candidate will play a critical role that will see them responsible for assisting with day-to-day running of the finance department.  Working primarily within the Accounts Receivable department you will be performing duties such as processing invoices, updating client accounts & Credit control.

This is a varied role that will suit an individual that has some experience within Finance, however, the key requirements for this position are Attention to Detail, Accuracy & Ability to follow procedures.  The client is also willing to consider a college leaver or a candidate that has studied for an AAT or HND qualification that has completed a work placement in a relevant position.,

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include;

  • Purchase & Sales Ledger Invoice Processing
  • Credit Control
  • Timesheet Processing
  • Ad-hoc Financial Administration
  • Working with Sage Accounts
